Your body is built to respond to stress and worry to protect you from threats such as predators. Although life-threatening predators are uncommon nowadays, you have several demands every day, including bill payment, employment, and family support. These requests are perceived as threats by your body, and your body activates the reaction to combat-flight. Stress may sometimes adversely affect the fundamental elements of mental health, responses, thoughts, emotions and conduct of your body. Pressure may damage your health if you have poor habits.
